My teacher and mentor, Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra, shaped how I practice with one essential question.

"At what cost?"

Will this help your issue? Yes. But will it create problems elsewhere — now or later? Even if it helps right now, will it cause harm down the road?

This question remains at the center of my work. I do my best to honor what he taught me—to think carefully, to consider the whole system, to avoid creating new problems while solving old ones.

I don't always know the answer. But I always ask the question.

This guides how I evaluate every recommendation, every herb, every protocol. Because I've seen too many women made worse by treatments that helped one thing while damaging another.

The Question That Guides Everything

How I WOrk

My own health crisis led me to develop the SOMA Radiant™ Assessment, a tool I now use to help me understand more deeply what is happening in each person I work with.

It looks at two essential things:

• How much your system is holding (physical load, toxic accumulation, inflammation)

• How sensitive your system is and how it responds to different kinds of support

This helps me understand what your body may be able to handle, so we can work carefully without overwhelming you or moving too quickly.

Every woman's system is different. What works beautifully for someone else may not work for you at all, or may even make you feel worse. The framework helps me think through what you need, in what sequence, and at what pace.

The SOMA Radiant™ Assessment

Your first consultation is 90 minutes—and I allow the time to extend when needed, because what you've experienced matters and understanding it can't be rushed.

Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive intake form that explores not just your current symptoms, but the arc of your health over time. I ask about your earliest memories, your birth, even your mother's pregnancy if you know it.

Not to pathologize, but to understand what your system has carried and how it’s adapted.

Then we sit together and slowly, carefully review what you've shared. I look at symptoms that may seem unrelated, when things changed, what was happening at the time, what you've already tried, what helped, what didn't, and what made you worse.

This depth of investigation can help us begin to understand why you haven't gotten better and where we need to begin.

The First Visit: Where Real Understanding Begins

I work with three women per day, three days per week.

Not because I'm not available—but because this work requires deep presence, careful investigation, and the kind of listening that can't be rushed.

Why I Only See Three Patients Per Day

As someone with a highly attuned system myself, I understand what it means to need space, pacing, and to be truly seen.

That's why my practice is intentionally small. It allows me to bring the full depth of my Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda training, clinical experience, and understanding of labs and biochemistry to each woman I work with.

This isn't a quick-fix approach. We work carefully and collaboratively, paying attention to how your body responds as we go.

If you're ready for that kind of partnership, I'd love to talk. I offer a 20-minute Clarity Call to explore whether this path fits what your body is asking for. $50, applied to your care if we move forward together. No pressure, just listening.

A Practice Built for Depth

This work is for women who:

     • Have complex symptoms that don't fit neat categories
     • Feel easily overwhelmed, overstimulated, or unable to relax
     • Have been told their labs are "normal" but feel far from well
     • React to supplements or protocols in unexpected ways
     • Need someone who will investigate deeply and listen carefully
     • Are ready to be part of the process, not just handed a protocol

I specialize in sensitive systems and complex cases—the women who need more than standard approaches can offer.

If that's you, you're in the right place.

Who This Serves Best

When you've tried multiple approaches without lasting results, there may be more than one reason. Sometimes too much was done too quickly. Sometimes the approach simply wasn't right for you. And sometimes there is another piece of the story that hasn't been found yet.

The right support isn't about finding the "correct" protocol. It's about understanding the whole terrain—your history, your sensitivities, your lab findings, your nervous system and the root causes underneath your symptoms.

The nervous system is an important part of that picture. I pay close attention to whether your system is constantly on alert, easily overwhelmed, or having difficulty settling. Sometimes supporting the nervous system needs to be part of where we begin. Other times, there are physical reasons the nervous system is struggling, and those need attention too.

Understanding how all of these pieces fit together is what gives us a roadmap that's specific to you

And it's guided by that essential question: at what cost?

I often use micro-doses. I customize everything. I move at the pace your body can actually handle. When your body isn't ready, we don't push. I allow your body the time it needs.

Why This Matters

Book a Clarity Call Here

A focused clarity call

We begin with a one-on-one conversation about what’s been happening — what you’ve tried, how your body has responded, and where things feel stuck.

This helps orient the process and identify what needs to be understood more deeply.

01.

A comprehensive intake + Soma Radiant™ Assessment

You’ll complete two guided forms:
 • A detailed health history that
     captures your full story

 • The SOMA Radiant™ Assessment, which helps me understand more deeply what is happening in your body.

You’ll also have the option to upload any recent lab work, so nothing important is missed.

Together, these help me see connections that may not have been obvious before.

02.

A plan Designed for you

We review everything together — your history, your lab work and what the assessment has shown —and build an individualized  plan based on what we find.

If additional testing is needed, it is chosen carefully — not routinely, but where it adds meaningful clarity.

The goal is not to push your body —
but to meet it in a way it can truly respond.
