Why You’re Eating ‘Perfectly’ and May Not Be Feeling Better

I see this all the time.

Someone comes to me eating organic, whole foods, no processed anything. Everything fresh. Quality herbal and nutritional support.

On paper, they’re doing everything right.

And they still feel exhausted. Anxious. Foggy. Depleted.

They can’t figure out what’s wrong.

Here’s what I tell them:

You’re getting nutrients. But you’re not getting intelligence.

This is what Vaidya Mishra taught me, and once I understood it, everything about how I work changed.

As Vaidya used to say: Food is a prana delivery system.

Most of us think about food in terms of nutrients. Protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals. We count. We track. We analyze what’s in the food.

And yes – nutrients matter. Your body absolutely needs them.

But nutrients without prana can’t do their job.

So what is prana?

Prana is vibrational intelligence. When it comes through food, it’s what allows your cells to know what to do – when to release which hormone, when to make neurotransmitters, how to communicate with each other so your whole system stays coordinated.

Think about it. Your body is running thousands of processes right now without you thinking about any of it. Your heart is beating. Your liver is filtering. Cells are repairing themselves. Hormones are being released at exactly the right time.

Where does that intelligence come from?

It comes from prana.

You can’t see it. But it’s what keeps your cells intelligent and communicative.

And here’s the problem:

We destroy prana without even realizing it.

We microwave food, which obliterates prana completely. We eat canned and processed food. We cook with seed oils that create inflammation. We’re surrounded by wifi and devices that corrupt prana.

Even fresh food, once cooked, loses its pranic value quickly. This is why you want to cook fresh and eat the same day – leftovers, even of healthy meals, have zero prana.

This is why you can eat a “perfect” diet – organic, balanced, all the right herbal support – and still feel terrible.

The building materials are there. But the intelligence that tells your body how to actually use them is missing or corrupted.

What preserves prana in food?

Fresh food. Cooked at home. Eaten the same day.

What else can you do?

Time outdoors breathing fresh air – especially in nature where uncorrupted prana is abundant.

Limit electromagnetic exposure as much as possible.

And here’s something most people don’t know:

Cooking with the right spices changes everything.

This is one of the most important teachings I received from Vaidya Mishra.

When you cook with specific spices in the right way – with ghee or olive oil (and a bit of water) – they open the micro-channels in your body, activate the pranic intelligence in the food, prevent toxins from forming, and deliver nutrients to the deeper tissues. And that’s just the beginning – each spice carries its own specific healing intelligence.

Without spices, even fresh food can’t reach its full potential in your body.

When your cells receive food with prana intact and cooked with intelligent spices, they don’t just get nutrients.

They get coordination. Intelligence. The ability to remember what they’re supposed to be doing.

It’s not just about what you eat. It’s about whether what you’re eating is still intelligent enough to communicate with your cells.

You don’t have to do all of this at once. Try one dish cooked this way – fresh, with spices and ghee or olive oil, eaten the same day. Once a day, every other day, even once a week. Let your body feel the difference.
