The Vagus Nerve and the Electrical Load No One’s Talking About
In 2017, Henry and I were injured by electromagnetic exposure. We lived above a room with 24 smart meters. My body went haywire — visual disturbances like lightning flashes through my vision. His heart developed severe arrhythmia.
That experience changed everything.
Now I see this pattern constantly in my practice with sensitive women.
What I’m sharing here is my theory — based on what I’ve lived through and what I observe clinically. The exact pathway (electromagnetic exposure → vagus–brainstem → symptoms) hasn’t been fully proven in research yet. Though studies DO show that RF exposure affects autonomic regulation and heart rate variability.
Here’s what electromagnetic exposure can look like:
- Dizziness
- Sudden anxiety
- Chest tightness
- Visual disturbances
- Complete exhaustion or shutdown
- A sense of being physically “hit” from inside
But here’s the thing: even if you don’t consciously feel these symptoms, that doesn’t mean your system isn’t being affected.
Some bodies compensate quietly. Others destabilize more visibly.
The vagus–brainstem–heart pathway is exquisitely sensitive to electrical load. When that system is pushed beyond its capacity, the rest of your body has to work harder just to stay regulated.
We’ve been taught to dismiss these responses. To blame stress, hormones, anxiety, or “being too sensitive.”
But what if your nervous system is responding appropriately to an abnormal electrical environment?
What if the problem isn’t YOU — it’s what you’re being exposed to?
I’m going to keep exploring this connection. There’s more to say here, and I’m not done looking at it.
If this resonates with your experience, I want to hear from you.
Comment or message me.
You’re not imagining this.
