I took this photo the other day.
It’s amazing to me how this huge wave of gratitude wells up in me every time I’m here.
These are heavy times, aren’t they?
A lot of us are waking up to things we didn’t see before.
The world feels uncertain.
It’s easy to get lost in what’s broken, what hurts, what’s wrong.
And here’s what I keep coming back to — gratitude.
Not the fake kind.
Not the “let’s pretend everything is fine” kind.
But the kind that anchors me when everything feels like it’s spinning.
The kind that reminds me what actually matters.
When I’m gifted with gratitude, something opens in my chest.
I come back to what’s real.
I’m grateful for:
- The people I love — who ground me and see me.
- The healing that’s emerging — not just in bodies, but in awareness. People are asking deeper questions. That matters.
- Nature — the ocean, the sunrise, the daily cycles of nature that remind us what is true.
- This work — being part of real, lasting healing.
Gratitude doesn’t erase the hard stuff.
But it helps me stay grounded in what’s true.
If you’re feeling the weight of these times too — maybe pause and ask yourself:
What am I grateful for, even now?
It won’t fix everything.
But it might center you.
And that’s worth something.
I’m curious to hear your experience.
and I’m glad you’re here.
With care,
—Dr. Lisa 💙
