At What Cost?

SVA

In 2008, I met Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra. He initiated me into his family’s lineage of Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda — a 5,000-year-old healing system that’s been passed down from generation to generation.

But it wasn’t just the training that changed how I work. It was one question Vaidya taught me to ask:

“At what cost?”

Will this help your issue? Yes. But will it create problems elsewhere — now or later?

Vaidya is gone now, but this question remains at the center of everything I do.

I won’t use something that helps one area while harming another.

I don’t push protocols your system isn’t ready for. I don’t force healing.

This is why my approach is slow and careful. I do my best to assess where you are — how burdened your system is, how sensitive you are, what you can actually handle right now.

I work virtually with women who have sensitive systems. Women whose bodies shut down with harsh protocols. Women who’ve been trying everything and can’t figure out why nothing works.

I use micro-doses. I customize everything. My consultations are 90 minutes because understanding your system takes time.

Real healing isn’t about forcing your body to change.

It’s about restoring the intelligence your body already has — and then getting out of the way.

I share here about how your body actually works, why your nervous system is responding the way it is, and what actually helps when you’re stuck.

This is ancient wisdom made practical for modern life.

I’m still learning. Still asking “at what cost?” Still trying to honor what Vaidya taught me.

I’m glad you’re here.
