Warm your oil (just run the bottle under hot water for a minute). Start with your head and scalp, then move to your face, ears, and neck. Continue down to your torso, arms, and finally your legs and feet. Use long strokes on your limbs and circular motions on joints.
Then let the oil absorb for 20 minutes while you go about your morning — make tea, tidy up, etc. The oil is working its way deep into your tissues during this time.
Shower or bathe afterward with warm water. (No soap needed on the oiled areas!)
